Discuss separate beds for pupils, accompanying adults’ rooms, age bands and supervision arrangements in advance. The group’s responsible accompanying adults provide supervision.
Meals and daily schedule
Discuss breakfast, advance-arranged dinner, early departures and meal requirements against the programme timetable.
