Booking terms
Reservations are currently arranged by phone. Agree the dates, numbers, room allocation, meals, full price, payment and confirmation method.
The previous website published different cancellation terms for individual and group bookings. It described a seven-day free-cancellation period for individual bookings and fourteen days for groups, followed by fee bands. The terms agreed for your reservation must state the exact cutoffs and calculation basis.
Call us for changes or cancellations. A complete, consistent policy and any deposit conditions await the operator’s finalization.
